Elementary School
I attended first grade in the small community of Tverlandet, close to Bodø. Second and third grade was attended on the tiny island of Sør-Arnøy.

Starting from forth grade I attended Oslo Montessori School in Vettakollen, Oslo. The Montessori pedagogy has since formed a large part of my life.

Junior High School
These were probably the most influential years of my life. Still attending Oslo Montessori School, the important lessons of teamwork and cooperation were thought.
During these years my social awareness was triggered. Having senior responsibility for the pupil-operated canteen thought me basic knowledge about leadership and management.

I was elected president for the local youth council and served here for several years.

My first job was as a paperboy in my neighborhood.

Senior High School
Fagerborg High School in the center of Oslo was my school ground for three years. Here I specialized in English, computer skills and mathematics.
I was appointed my class' student representative at the school student council. For some time I was vice president of the council.
